PACK THE BUS!
Uniting the community with one common goal:
to support local Students as they PURSUE an Education!
"Pack the Bus!" is our supplies collection motto. We ask the community to help us "Pack the Bus" with school supplies and other items needed to make the festival a success. We park two school buses at key locations in town so the community can contribute to our efforts.
Businesses, civic groups, youth groups and churches can also help us "Pack the Bus" by hosting collections in their meeting places.
Buses are located at First National Bank (Yadkin Valley Bank) on 321 and at New Market Center from July 4th - August 4th.
Please be sure to bring items during normal business hours.
Other Ways to Get Involved with our Collection Efforts
Host a Collection
Churches and clubs are being asked to collect supplies that are harder to collect. Items such as backpacks, binders, graph paper, index cards,etc.
We will let you know what is most needed. We even offer flyers and posters needed to host the collection so you don't have to create them.
Offer Branded Supplies
If you have branded supplies to offer please bring them to the bus or contact us. We can often offer sponsorship acknowledgment as a way to thank you.
Ideas: hand-sanitizer, lip balm, post-it-notes, pencils, erasers, pens, scratch pads, dry erase markers, to-do lists and folders.
