This is the legal part of the competition. It's just so everybody knows the rules for Back 2 School Festival on the Web. Be sure to get your parents to review and discuss these rules with you:
 
1.
If you take part in any of our online Back 2 School competitions, we, CSM will hold onto your email address for the length of the competition until a winner is chosen. The winner will be notified (fingers crossed it’s you!) by email or another method, as described in the rules. After the contest has finished, all persons who entered the completion, their email addresses will be saved. We promise to only send CSM event information to it, because we wouldn’t want you to miss out on any good events! We will not use your email address for anything else, and we will not provide it or sell it to anyone you haven’t said we can give it to.
 
2.
If you write something at school or send in an email to our office or website that catches our eye, we might want to use it on the site. By sending in your thoughts and writing about Back 2 School, and getting your parent’s permission to do so, you and your parents are telling us it's ok to repeat what you say. It's even ok to put it in an advertisement. It means we can use it in any way we want, anywhere, until the end of time. And wouldn't it be cool if we used something YOU said until the end of time?

If you or your parents/guardians have any questions, comments, or concerns about what we’ve just written above known as a ‘privacy policy’—or to review, change, or modify your personal information collected previously—please contact Back 2 School Festival, PO BOX 66376, Dubai, UAE. ENTRANT LICENSES/RELEASES
 
 
Winning entries, the winners’ names, voices, and likenesses may be published by Sponsor, CSM-Center stage Management, or their designees, licensees or affiliates (the “Authorized Parties”), in magazines, on websites, or in any other medium, and/or in press releases associated with the Contest. By participating, all entrants grant a license in their Model, Design, film, Photograph and writing, to the Authorized Parties, and acknowledge that the Authorized Parties may reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the Model Design, film, Photograph and/or writing, with a name credit, in any media now or hereafter known, without restriction, including commercially using them to fullest extent possible. No Authorized Party will be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use. 
 
5.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
 
 
By participating, entrants (and their parents or legal guardians) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless sponsors and CSM-Center Stage management, and each of their respective partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this Contest or any Contest-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder.
 
6.
CONDITIONS
 
 
This Contest is VOID IN EUROPE, USA, MID EAST, AND ASIA AND WHERE PROHIBITED. Excepted Territories are GCC and United Arab Emirates. This Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Certain restrictions may apply. Sponsor/CSM-Center Stage Management is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due mail. Entries void if the Sponsor determines the entry to not be an original, or if the entries are illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error or obtained through fraud or theft.

Participants also agree (a) to be bound by these Official Rules; (b) that the decisions of the judges are final on all matters relating to the Contest; and (c) if he/she wins that Sponsor may use the winning Photograph, Design, Film, and Model and/or Writing and each winner’s name, photograph, likeness, and/or voice in any publicity or advertising relating to the Contest or future promotions without compensation or approval. All federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. In the event that the selected winner(s) of any prize are/is ineligible or refuses the prize, the prize will be forfeited and CSM-Center Stage mangement, in its sole discretion, may choose whether to award the prize to another winner.
